Exchanges
If your order is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
Cancellations
We try to be as accommodating as possible with cancellations. Please email support@emutopicals.com to let us know if you need to cancel an order. We will always do our best to make it happen. Please note that due to our quick turnaround on orders, cancellations are not guaranteed. If your order has already shipped, please contact is via email organize a return.
Returns
We are happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of your purchase from our website.
Although we ask only one thing; before returning our product, please be sure to follow the application instructions to achieve the best results. It also may take at least five to seven days of constant use to get results. We do however acknowledge certain conditions or injuries will have minimal injuries, and so are happy to provide a refund.
